​How to make a manufacturing goal… This last weekend I experienced a hard tiring experience, making a manufacturing goal.  I promised a customer a predetermined delivery date, without calculating my civic duty.  Yes, that’s right! Jury Duty…lol I discovered a pretty good trick.  I discovered how to add time to the day, ready…. Get up earlier!!! By getting up four hours earlier I added four hours to my work schedule.   CWB
